Important Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court on RBI directions on declaration of the account and persons related thereto as fraud. While personal hearing is declined, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed that the entire forensic Audit Report be furnished to such person(s) before fraud declaration. I got the opportunity to argue for a guarantor who was declared as fraud.
